What is your return policy?

We are happy to accept returns within 30 days of purchase. We do not accept returns on our last chance items, sale items or items that state they are final sale in the description.

who pays for the return shipping cost?

We do not pay for shipping on returning an item, but are happy to accept returns. Once we receive the item back from you, we will be happy to fully refund the value of the order. See return address below.

how do i go about exchanging an item?

Exchanges are accepted up to 30 days after purchase. Please send an email to emachadorn@gmail.com or complete our contact form with your order number and what it is you would like to exchange. If we have the item(s) in stock, we will reserve it for you so long as your provide us with the tracking number of the package you are exchanging.

What if i dont have the tracking number for my exchange?

If we aren't provided a valid tracking number for an exchange, we will not reserve the item(s) you are exchanging for. If the item is in stock when we receive your package we will mail it out to you, but if it is sold out you can expect an email from our team letting you know what is available.

Who pays for exchange shipping cost?

We do not pay for the shipping cost of the item you are returning, but once we receive the item(s) being exchanged, we will cover the shipping cost to get your new item(s) to you.
